Earlier versions of this application did not support automatically mapping information from Hootsuite to Salesforce fields and did not have editable forms. Instead, the app would check to see if the following fields existed on the standard Salesforce objects, Account, Case, Contact, Lead, and Opportunity.
Custom Field Name
Suggest Field Label
Notes
---|---|---|
hoot2sf_TwitterUsername__c
Twitter Username
hoot2sf_FacebookUsername__c
Facebook Username
hoot2sf_TwitterId__c
Twitter Id
This is the internal Twitter Id. Used for searching, you may not want to display it in Salesforce. |
hoot2sf_FacebookId__c
Facebook Id
Internal Facebook Id. Again, is used for searching, not normally displayed. |
If fields are found on any of the supported objects during app setup, they will be added to the forms. However it's recommend that you use the newer customization and field mapping features instead.
